Once your account balance accumulates and satisfies your business’s minimum payout threshold, you can request a manual withdrawal or rely on auto-payouts to transfer funds directly to your connected bank account.

Payout Thresholds

By default, the platform enforces a payout threshold (e.g. $10.00 / 1000 cents baseline, or as configured in your user settings). When your net balance exceeds this value, your funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Requesting a Withdrawal

To initiate a payout:
  1. Navigate to the Finance page.
  2. Under the Withdrawals section, click Withdraw Funds.
  3. Input the amount you wish to payout and confirm.
Solifyn immediately routes the request to the payout processor (POST /payouts/withdrawals).

Withdrawal Status Lifecycle

Payouts proceed through the following transaction states:
  • Requested: The payout request has been registered and is queueing.
  • Awaiting Payment: The transaction is verified and awaiting settlement batching.
  • In Transit: The gateway is currently executing bank transfers.
  • Completed: The funds have successfully arrived at your destination account.
  • Failed / Canceled / Denied: The transfer failed or was cancelled (unregistered bank details, KYC failure, etc.). The funds are returned to your active available balance.
